4-Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon sugar high! 🍉🍉


Honestly guys this is probably the EASIEST thing you will ever make! Coming from someone that rarely steps into the kitchen, you know I'm being honest.


Here's what you'll need.


Ingredients:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, diced into chunks

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 3 tablespoons cup raw honey


Method:

  1. Place watermelon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place into the fridge for at least 4-6 hours, ideally overnight.

  2. Once frozen, place into the bowl of a food processor, along with the raw honey, water, and lime juice, and blend until smooth.

  3. Serve immediately, or freeze for 30-45 minutes to harden.
